Home Service Leads Fast ("we", "us") helps roofing companies get more booked inspections. This policy explains what we collect when you visit homeserviceleadsfast.com or book a Pipeline Audit, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the booking form: name, company, mobile number, email, the city you serve, yearly revenue range, where your leads come from today, and the audit time you pick.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and ad tracking tags such as utm codes and the Facebook click id.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser details, used to stop spam and abuse.
- Cookies and pixels: we may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure which ads lead to bookings and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
How we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you about and hold your audit, including a Google Calendar invite with a Google Meet link.
- To call, text or email you about your audit and our services, when you have agreed to that on the form.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our booking: our web host, Google (Calendar and Meet), Meta (advertising measurement), and our email and phone providers. Each uses it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree on the form, we may text you about your audit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. We never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information while we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after that for our records, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@homeserviceleadsfast.com. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
